The Startup Journey: From Vision to Reality

My journey in the global logistics arena began in 1999 with a clear vision: to redefine freight management. I launched my first startup, International Cargo Management (ICM), in Pakistan, focusing on the fundamentals of freight forwarding and customs clearance.

As the business matured, I recognized the immense potential of the Middle Eastern market. In 2004, I established our main company in Dubai, Advanced Cargo & Shipping (ACS). What started as a focused operation grew rapidly, and within four years, we expanded into the Jebel Ali Free Zone, establishing a strategic hub that would eventually propel us toward global leadership.

Current Global Position & Infrastructure

• Human Capital: Our success is driven by a professional workforce of more than 350 dedicated staff members worldwide.
• Strategic Assets in Jebel Ali: Our current operations are anchored by a massive 2-acre facility in Jebel Ali, featuring state-of-the-art warehousing to support international trade.
• Global Expansion: Building on the foundation of ACS Dubai, we achieved a major milestone by launching OPS Line as our sister company in the United Kingdom. Since becoming fully operational in November 2024, our UK division has grown rapidly. Furthermore, we are preparing to expand our presence by opening dedicated offices across Europe and the United States.

Operational Excellence & Specialized Divisions

• NVOCC & Maritime Operations: Operating as Ocean Pacific Shipping Line (OPS), our sister concern manages a private fleet of over 1,500 containers. Our current network connects the Far East (China, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia), the GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman), and the Subcontinent (India and Pakistan).
• Bulk & Heavy Cargo: We manage the movement of 35,000 to 45,000-ton vessels. Our expertise includes the transport of oil tankers, bauxite, and iron ore, with regular departures occurring every second month.
• Air Freight & High-Value Exports: Our air cargo division specializes in the rapid export of garments and precious high-value goods.
